Progress & Change Partnerships works with non-profits, governmental and international institutions, and — when relevant — the private sector to design strategies, amplify voices, and identify opportunities — so that those working to uphold fundamental liberties, the rule of law, and the rules-based international order can act with greater impact and reach.
